We are trying to get a count for the Executive Board Meeting on Friday, February 27, 2009 - Saturday, February 28, 2009 in Lansing. Barbara Chester (conference registrar) will not issue registration forms in advance but will register on site. However, for planning purposes, please contact your Area Chairperson immediately and let her know if you plan to attend.

Some of you may have encountered a slight glitch in making reservations for the hotel for the Executive Board Meeting Feb. 27 and 28 in Lansing , MI . 1st VP Ruby Frazier has worked out all of the kinks and here it is.
The deadline has been extended beyond 5 PM today so we have some time. Miss Dee will send out a more detailed e-mail. This is just to address the immediate glitch with the hotel.

The Conference Leadership Team (Connectional, District, Conference officers) and anyone else who so desires will meet Friday night. Tentative time is 8PM.
We will start 8 AM Saturday with continental breakfast; 9 AM devotion.
